given.  You may have to "pass time" in some instances.  But the time listed
below is far from the only time that you can visit a location.

Hint 5 of 17:

Van Helsing's card comes from a visit to the asylum after 9:00 am.

12:00 noon: Harker's Office (bring Quincey's knife)

Hint 7 of 17:

Quincey's knife was in Janos's telegram from day 1.  You had to first send
him a telegram in the morning of that day.
